Advanced Sales Order Administration (SO2)
This three-hour course discusses advanced procedures for sales orders. This course will consist of lecture, discussion, and hands-on workshops. It is designed for users who want to use the additional features that are available in the sales order module.
At the completion of this course the participants will have a thorough understanding of:
- Duplicating sales orders
- Rebooking sales orders
- Creating a job from a sales order
- Using credit cards
- RMAs
Prerequisite: Viewing of the free 1-hour Expandable for New Users training videos. These videos may be accessed through the Customer Resource Center.
