Sales Order Administration (SO1)
This one day course emphasizes the first phase of the revenue generation cycle. This course will consist of lecture, discussion and hands-on workshops. It is designed for persons needing to understand the flow of the Expandable Sales Administration functions.
At the completion of this course the participants will have a thorough understanding of:
- Customer Master Editor
- Product Price Editor
- Customer Part Editor
- Sales Order Entry function
- Sales Order Editing
Prerequisite: Viewing of the free 1-hour Expandable for New Users training videos. These videos may be accessed through the Customer Resource Center.
