This one day course emphasizes the first phase of the revenue generation cycle. This course will consist of lecture, discussion and hands-on workshops. It is designed for persons needing to understand the flow of the Expandable Sales Administration functions.

At the completion of this course the participants will have a thorough understanding of the:

		Creation and Maintenance of the Customer Master File
		Sales Order Entry function
		Picking/Packing list
		Maintenance of Sales Orders
		Maintenance of Sales Order Comments
		RMA Procedures Return For Credit/ Repair/ Replacement
		Reports provided to analyze Shipping and Return transactions created

Required Prerequisite:  The successful completion of the two-hour Expandable for New Users class or experience navigating Expandable and Microsoft Windows.  There are NO exceptions to these prerequisites.
