Purchasing (PO1)
This three-hour course emphasizes procedures for the procurement of goods.
The course consists of lecture, discussion and hands-on workshops. It is designed for individuals needing to know the flow of the Expandable Purchase Order Entry functions.
At the completion of this course the participants will have a thorough understanding of:
- Creation and Maintenance of the Vendor Master Table
- Creation and Maintenance of the Vendor Part Table
- Purchase Order Entry function
- Editing normal Purchase Orders
Prerequisite: Viewing of the free 1-hour Expandable for New Users training videos. These videos may be accessed through the Customer Resource Center.
