This one-day course emphasizes first phase of the revenue generation cycle. This course will consist of demonstration and questions and answer time. It is designed for persons needing to understand the flow of the Expandable/MRP Sales Order function.

At the completion of this course the participants will have a thorough understanding of the:

		Creation and Maintenance of the Customer Master File
		Sales Order Entry function
		Picking/Packing list
		Maintenance of Sales Orders
		Maintenance of Sales Order Comments
		RMA Procedures Return For Credit/ Repair/ Replacement
		Reports provided to analyze Shipping and Return transactions created

Prior to class, Expandable will send the student a copy of the training manual and an email invitation with URLs and instructions on how to login and attend the class.

Required Prerequisite:  The successful completion of the two-hour Expandable for New Users class or experience navigating Expandable and Microsoft Windows.  There are NO exceptions to these prerequisites.
