e-Training — Purchasing (PO1)

This three-hour course emphasizes procedures for the procurement of goods. This course will consist of lecture, discussion and hands-on workshops. It is designed for persons needing to know the flow of the Expandable Purchase Order Entry functions.

At the completion of this course the participants will have a thorough understanding of:

  • Creation and Maintenance of the Vendor Master Table
  • Creation and Maintenance of the Vendor Part Table
  • Purchase Order Entry function
  • Editing normal Purchase Orders

Prior to class, Expandable will send the student a copy of the training manual and an invitation with instructions on how to login and attend the class.

Prerequisite: Viewing of the free 1-hour Expandable for New Users training videos. These videos may be accessed through the Customer Resource Center.
