This course emphasizes the understanding of inventory flow on the System and IS INTENDED FOR THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR STOCKROOMS AND INVENTORY. This course will consist of demonstration and questions and answer time. This course is designed for persons who require knowledge of how, and where, inventory is moved within the system. It is recommended for management, supervisors and any personnel performing data entry functions. This course WILL NOT cover Kit Issue/Shortage to Jobs, which is covered in the Job Costing class.

At the completion of this course the participants will have a thorough understanding of the:

		Parts Master Entry
		Receiving through Purchasing
		Movement of Inventory within Storerooms
		Movement of Inventory from storeroom to storeroom
		Miscellaneous Issues and Returns of goods to Jobs and Expense Accounts
		Shipments to customers and returns from customers

Prior to class, Expandable will send the student a copy of the training manual and an email invitation with URLs and instructions on how to login and attend the class.

Required Prerequisite:  The successful completion of the two-hour Expandable for New Users class or experience navigating Expandable and Microsoft Windows.  There are NO exceptions to these prerequisites.
