| This three-hour course covers the Accounts Receivable functions that control all phases of the receipt of payments from customers and credit memos as well as the accompanying reports and inquiries. This course consists of lecture, discussion, and hands-on workshops. It is designed for persons with the need to understand the flow of Cash Receipts entry.
