Training Course Descriptions

Expandable Course Titles and Fees

Web-based e-Training:
Expandable's live, instructor led e-Training classes combine the same valuable curriculum as the classroom courses with the convenience of your own office. Web-based classes are six hours in length, and courses are limited to four (4) students to allow for individual attention. Please note: the pricing below is per person per course.

Classroom Courses
Formal, one and two day courses are offered at Expandable's facility in Santa Clara, CA. The classroom courses are limited to twelve (12) students to allow time for individual attention. Each student is provided course materials and an active workstation in all classes except the Expandable for Accountants class which does not require workstations. Please note: the pricing below is per person.

Training Information
	Classroom courses run from 9am to 5pm with an hour break for lunch.
	Register for courses online or by calling training support at (408) 869-8140.
	Classroom space and e-Training access is limited. To ensure your space in a course, please call for availability before sending your check: (408) 869-8140.
	Courses are also offered at customer sites. For more information regarding off-site training courses and related fees, please contact Customer Support at (408) 869-8142.
	Payment Policy: Tuition for training classes must be paid in advance. We cannot guarantee your course seat until payment has been received in full. Payments should be sent at least one week prior to class date to guarantee your seat. Please send payment directly to Expandable Software, Inc. - 900 Lafayette St., Suite 400 - Santa Clara, CA 95050.
	Tuition Refund Policy: Tuition will be credited due to attendee cancellation only if Expandable Software, Inc has been notified at least 48 hours prior to the class date. Refunds will NOT be made to students cancelling after the 48 hour cutoff. No Exceptions. Expandable reserves the right to cancel any class. In the case of cancellation, the student will be notified by telephone and all fees will be credited.
	e-Training Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be subject to a $50.00 course materials charge - there will be no exceptions. The 48-hour Tuition Refund Policy also applies.
	e-Training Course Materials: Course materials are shipped via UPS Ground to Continental US customers. Last-minute registration (less than one week in advance) will require the registrant's UPS or FedEx account number for overnight shipping.
