Payment Policy: Tuition
for training classes must be paid in advance. We cannot guarantee your course
seat until payment has been received in full. Payments should be sent at
least one week prior to class date to guarantee your seat. Please send payment
directly to Expandable Software, Inc. - 1171 Homestead Road, Suite 255 -

Tuition Refund
Policy: Tuition will be credited due to attendee cancellation only if
Expandable Software, Inc has been notified at least 48 hours prior to the
class date. Refunds will NOT be made to students cancelling after the 48
hour cutoff. No Exceptions. Expandable reserves the right to cancel any
class. In the case of cancellation, the student will be notified by telephone
and all fees will be credited. |

e-Training Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will be subject to a $50.00 course materials charge -
there will be no exceptions. The 48-hour Tuition Refund Policy also applies. |

e-Training Course Materials:
Course materials are shipped via UPS Ground to Continental US customers. Last-minute registration (less than one week in advance) will require the registrant's UPS or FedEx account number for overnight shipping. |
