| Expandable Software, Inc., a leading provider of integrated business management systems for growing manufacturers, announced today the appointment of Bob Swedroe as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Swedroe was recruited by Expandable to increase the growth trajectory of the company, and replaces founder Marshall Guile III. Mr. Guile will remain on the Board of Directors and continue to contribute to the company’s product development efforts. |

| Prior to joining Expandable, Swedroe was CFO, Sr. Vice President Finance at IP Unity Glenayre, an Expandable customer for the last seven years. While at IP Unity Glenayre, Bob had full management responsibilities for Finance and Administration, and Human Resources. Swedroe has also served in various senior finance positions for XO Communications, Concentric Networks, Silicon Graphics, and DSC Communications. |
