| Expandable Software, Inc.
has announced the opening of its Technical
Support and Special Projects Center near Phoenix.
The new office, located in the largest business
complex in Gilbert, Arizona, is a programming
hub where members of Expandable's support
services group focus on developing custom
applications.
"Expandable's primary focus is providing
software and services that help our customers
be successful," says Expandable's Director
of Customer Support, Jeannie Fitzgerald.
"We've established the Special Projects
Center to support our customers who have
specialized manufacturing requirements.
By designing custom applications that streamline
their unique business processes, we help
our customers gain a distinct competitive
advantage."
In addition to designing custom applications,
the Special Projects group will take ownership
of integration done between the Expandable
system and third-party applications. "We
want to be involved in the programming of
integration between Expandable and other
applications," stated Vern Marschke,
VP of Customer Support. "When our Special
Projects group has a hand in product integration,
we know our customers will get a superior
design, and we'll end up with an implementation
that's easier to support."
