Bob Swedroe – President and CEO

Bob Swedroe is responsible for all aspects of Expandable’s business operations, including product direction and new market strategies. Bob draws upon experience gained in executive management positions at both startups and Fortune 500 companies including XO Communications, Silicon Graphics and Concentric Networks. Immediately prior to joining Expandable in 2008, Bob was CFO of IP Unity Glenayre where he had full management responsibilities for finance and administration. Bob holds a MBA in Finance from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Jeannie Fitzgerald – VP of Customer Support

Jeannie Fitzgerald as VP of Customer Support at Expandable oversees all customer facing product implementations and support including new customer implementations, customer upgrades, training, consulting and hot line support. After beginning her career at NCA Corporation supporting the MAXCIM product, Jeannie moved to Expandable Software and has been responsible for customer support since 1987. Jeannie has implemented a wide variety of manufacturing and business processes that have helped differentiate start-up and public companies alike across all manufacturing and business modes of operation with a drive to provide the very best customer support and experience. Through this wide experience the support team, under Jeannie’s guidance, has developed a strong partnering process across many diverse industries working closely with customers to quickly, efficiently and successfully take a company from implementation kick-off or system upgrade to live production in some of the shortest time frames in the industry.

David M. Kearney – VP of Finance, Director and Founder

David Kearney is a co-founder of Expandable Software, Inc., and in his role as VP of Finance is responsible for financial operations, human resources and administration. David is former vice president at NCA Corporation which he helped take public in 1981, and has comprehensive experience in finance and administrative functions, especially in raising capital for private and public offerings.  Dave has also held management roles at General Electric and has served as an Officer in the U.S. Navy earlier in his career and received his BS in Mathematics from North Dakota State University.

Clint Taylor – VP of Sales

Clint Taylor directs all aspects of Sales Operations and Management for Expandable with a persistent quest to build high integrity sales teams that bring best in class solutions to our customers. Clint brings 25 plus years of successful sales and marketing leadership expertise as VP Sales in 3 dynamic startups (most recent was Taylor Made Business Systems, Inc.), building strong trusting relationships with his customers. He also worked with Fortune 500 companies including Ricoh America’s Corp and IKON Office Solutions to gain invaluable sales, sales management, technology solutions, and leadership training. Clint, an avid entrepreneur, and a student of business all his life, holds an Executive MBA in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College of California, and a BS, Marketing degree from California State University, Sacramento.

John Buller – Principal Solutions Engineer

John Buller has responsibility for exploratory pre-sales engineering and sales support services to the entire Expandable sales force.  John joined Expandable in 2007 with over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing, materials management, ERP system implementation, and business consulting. As Director of Operations for Harris Digital Telecommunications Systems, John was responsible for all materials and manufacturing activities in support of over $100M annual product sales, including an international supply chain, materials and manufacturing support for two technology transfer factories in mainland China. Over the course of his career in manufacturing and consulting, John has selected and implemented numerous ERP systems in both start‐up and well established equipment manufacturing organizations. John holds a BS in Mathematics, San Jose State University.

Gerald G. Lass – VP of R&D, Director and Founder

Jerry Lass is a co-founder of Expandable Software, Inc. and in his role as VP of Operations, Jerry oversees the strategic direction of business activities and helps guide the overall business. Jerry co-founded NCA Corporation and as Vice President and Director of NCA was responsible for the marketing and selling of NCA’s MAXCIM product, an integrated manufacturing and financial business system operating on a mini-computer hardware platform. Jerry has also held management positions with General Electric and Lockheed earlier in his career and received his BS in Mathematics from North Dakota State University.

Tony Nevshemal – VP of Customer Success

Tony Nevshemal as VP of Customer Success at Expandable oversees all customer facing product implementations and support including new customer implementations, customer upgrades, training, consulting and hot line support. After beginning his career at E I du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont) doing technology transfer and acquisition activities, Tony joined an instrumentation company, DeltaNu LLC as COO. In this senior role, Tony had P&L responsibilities and was in charge of manufacturing, supply chain, new product development, and customer fulfillment. Tony also led an ongoing company-wide continuous improvement effort achieving ISO 9000 certification in just months. After DeltaNu was acquired, he continued his role as senior operations executive at SciAps, Inc – running the company’s manufacturing facility and directing the transfer of major product lines from engineering to manufacturing. His years of running operations at high performing, fast-growing manufacturers makes Tony ideal for driving the very best support and experience for our customers and for overseeing the implementation of Expandable Software in today’s demanding manufacturing environments. Tony has MS degree in biology from University of Iowa and MBA from Drake University.
