Job
Description:
As a member of the Support Services team you will be responsible for installation of the Expandable product and creation of the installation and upgrade packages. You will also provide solutions to customer requests based on your in-depth knowledge of the Expandable application. A strong candidate will already know, or have the desire to learn, the Expandable application as well as a working knowledge of SQL Server, Transact SQL and Microsoft operating systems. Since this position will be installing and upgrading Expandable at customer sites, travel is required. |
| Responsibilities: |

All phases of the installation and upgrading of Expandable and any third party products. |
 |
Documenting processes, procedures and duties. |
 |
Configuration and setup of environments that replicate customer configurations for internal testing and analysis. |
 |
Support of internal environments. |
 |
Develop a complete understanding of the Expandable product from the database through the application in order to be positioned to provide complete solutions for customer inquiries and requests.
