Description:
Expandable prides itself on maintaining the best customer support staff in the industry. As a member of the customer support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support to Expandable customers in all areas of business, from materials management and production control to finance and accounting.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site consulting
Implementation planning
Data mapping and importing
Crystal Report writing (custom reports)
“Hot line” support
Requirements:
Strong analytical, problem solving skills
Must be self motivated and willing to learn new products quickly
Must interact well with customers and co-workers
Must be reliable and willing to travel
Minimum five years of Manufacturing, Finance or Software Support experience
Experience in Crystal Report writing a plus
Experience in FRx Report writing a plus
Knowledge of SQL Scripting, stored procedures and triggers a plus
